I say our stay was good. They did offer to clean the room while we were there. We had a modest continental breakfast.Downside to our stay was the wifi didn't work out for us.Reception said that we were the only ones to complain about it. Don't know if it was true or not. Hopefully they can cover some of our Roaming charges. 😆

Overpriced for what it is
For the price point and location I would have expected a little better. The rooms were standard, the bathroom was really tight. The hallways were dirty. There was noticeable filth on the security cameras on the ceiling, which I only mention because I thought that was an odd thing to be dirty. That could only be caused by actively not cleaning. This hotel is walking distance to playhouse square which is a pretty nice area, however this hotel could have been sitting alongside any major highway at half the cost.

Brown. The best word to describe this place is “brown”. They served powdered eggs in the breakfast “buffet”. Decor hasn’t been updated since Ponderosa was a hit show.

Not bad, but property is very outdated, rooms were clean and quiet and close to downtown. Clientele was a bit colorful. Breakfast was good, parking cheap.
