I was extremely surprised at the condition of things in my room. The desk chair was tattered, lampshade same - my coffee supplies were not refilled daily and the bad was made extremely shabbily. This is so not what I am used to staying at Hilton properties. The response from the staff was to tell me they were sorry I was not happy. Never stated I was not happy - just dismayed at the condition of certain things. I always (and will continue to) choose Hilton properties. Just would have preferred a more suitable response.

Manager was rude and not friendly. Check in was difficult. Room was old and dirty had no AC. Left hotel day early because of these problems.

WE have stayed there on several occasions and the last 2 times there were no plastic glasses in the room and 1 time no bar soap for the sink. Not serious but they may want to make sure those items are available at check in.

I was hungry when I arrived. The menu was given to me and looking it over it seemed to look good. The dining room was completely empty. That should have been information enough about why guests should not eat there. I was told the dining room was for breakfast only. I had to eat at the bar. The bartender maintained a conversation with another guest and seemed so indifferent to me. She didn’t act professional but as if she were her friends. The food she said was delicious there. it wasn’t at all. The chicken tasted tainted. I felt like I was intruding in on her personal time with her other “guest/friend”. I also didn’t like when I drove up to the hotel people were outside smoking and it looked like loitering. Not what I expected from Doubletree. I would never stay at another one. The room could have been cleaner too.

Dirty, bad customer service, room and pool dirty
Was very dirty the room was nasty . The pool was so cloudy and had hair in it. Our room was next to a person with a dog so barking non stop . We had no tissues no soap nothing in our room also my husband got hurt because tier latter in the pool was broken and it sprained and scraped his ankel bad .

The phone didnt work. Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. Landscaping in parking area left some to be desired but over all the room was great re bed and pillows.
