Was good exept for one major problem
So I would have given it a 5, but one thing that I definitely did not like was the sensor / timer light switches in the bathroom! The problem is that the sensor does NOT pick you up in the shower, so after about 2 minutes I had to finish my shower in the dark. I get it, your trying to avoid people leaving the light on, and save on electricity, but really?

Friendly front desk associate even though she was very busy. Extremely clean room, had that “newness” smell. Extra blanket in closet, was a nice touch. Appreciated the large bottles of toiletries. Breakfast had ample quantities of tasty omelets, sausages, and home fries. Choices of muffins, scones, and make your own waffles added to the selections. This Hotel was easy to get to, worth the cost and close many options for shopping and dinner.

Bathroom door would not close, and not clean
Room was not very clean. Bathroom especially. Hair clumps on the floor when we got there. The main issue was the bathroom door. They installed barn doors but the door did not close all the way to the bathroom, it left a 3 in gap so you were essentially exposed AND the door would not actually stay closed. It just rolled open. When I told the front desk they just commented that they were all like that.....having a bathroom door that closes is an essential need when paying 200 a night for a room.

We requested having room cleaned after 2 days. Housekeeping took the 5$ tip but did not clean room: only one bed made, bathroom floor not cleaned, carpet not vacuumed despite the obvious need. Breakfast items tended to run out early and not be refilled. Pool and hot tub kept very clean.

The hotel was very nice and very close to the airport, which is why we stayed there. It was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable .We took an Uber in the morning to catch a very early morning flight. We ordered dinner in and there were several options for ordering dinner in. Overall, it was a great place to stay for catching a flight. I would stay there again.

The beds sleep nice. I normally don't sleep on hotel linen but the cleanliness was top tier. The jacuzzi worked and was especially relaxing during the day. The food options were ok but it was free and fresh. Overall perfect for my staycation needs.
