The street for the entrance is very congested. Checking in is challenging if you are in a vehicle because the street is narrow to begin with and it is the area where valet is located. By the time I finished checking in and getting my room key, between ride share services and guest relying on valet, I was locked in.

I love staying at this hotel. But I will never use epedia again I accidentally booked the wrong date and took no more than 2 minutes to ask to switch to correct date and was charges not only for the new date but had to pay for the original also. Never have I had to do this on any site. So goodnight expedia

There was hair on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived. There was plastic price tag hangers that were on the floor when we arrived. The neighborhood was nice, many small stores. The Christmas lights were pretty. Wish it was summer so we could park and walk places.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Both times we came into Cleveland for a concert. It's location was great! We walked to the last concert we went to because it was 4 minutes away. Nothing to really complain about. Nice place. Decent breakfast. Valet is quick.

This hotel was in a great location for going to see a football game. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only downside we had was trying to get our vehicle from the valet after the game. They did not have enough staff and we waited almost an hour just to get our keys! Although this was a small inconvenience, I would have expected them to plan better to deal with the amount of people attempting to get their vehicles after an NFL game. We would definitely stay here in the future, if you are coming for a game just be mindful of the wait for your vehicle afterward!

The only thing I’ve noticed about staying at this location is the smell when you enter. It’s not very pleasant when you first come in the door. But everything else is good.
