The property was very clean and the room was very comfortable. Bed and bathroom are especially nice. The area is safe, with great shopping and dining options. There’s a cinema right next door. Taxi service is hard to get from the hotel but Uber worked well.

Back to college
Felt like staying in a college dorm. Not worth the price based on the stay. Room itself was fine but insanely loud people running up and down the halls until around 2am all 3 nights. On the first night someone was at our door trying to open it until I yelled. Walls are paper thin and woke up to the people next door puking their drunk brains out 2 of the 3 mornings. Unlikely to ever stay here again.

Great place to stay as an alternative to Cleveland. Only 20 minutes from the city. Very cool area to stay, lots of shopping and restaurants/bars. Great hotel, don’t hesitate to stay here.

Requested numerous times for housekeeping services but never received any the whole time I was there. Talked to the manager on two separate occasions about this and was told it would be noted on the account but each evening the room was still unmade and no towels or coffee. I requested an email receipt upon checkout and never received one. Very unprofessional and would have a hard time referring someone to this hotel after this experience.
