They literally take your money!!! You pay 27.00 extra for pets. You put a deposit of 200.00. Then they take your deposit because of so called cleaning. We moved rooms and i watched the house cleaner clean the room we were in, regular cleaning we had a animal. then i checked out and half my deposit was kept and i made sure the room was cleaned. This hotel will take your money. I will never stay there again!!!

Staff were wonderful. Hotel was acceptable. Hard to get hot water, had to get a coffee pot from front desk, none in room. $100 security deposit up front tells you that this hotel may have some issues. Rooms good size and comfortable, but all accessories have to come from front desk.

The room design has a couch at one end of the room where the TV can't be viewed - you can watch from the bed or you can move the couch into the middle of the room. Also the wall lights by that couch were unplugged and I had to move the furniture to plug them in. Had to ask for a coffee maker, not standard in the rooms. The continental breakfast was substandard, only prepackaged muffins and yogurts.

The hospitality of the desk service was very nice. They were friendly and accommodating. I am not sure if it is an extended stay policy but the dishes and bedding for the pull out sofa not being in the room was strange to me. The extra cost to have access to those items seems crazy. I am guessing that people steal them or something. I was also surprised at the cleaning fee if you trash the room. It must be another common occurrence. My family knows better. The amenities really need taken care of in order to meet standards. The pool area looks nice online but deceives. There is broken equipment, poor lighting, cloudy water, and dirty flooring. I specifically came for the pool because I have kids. The breakfast "grab and go" was minimal but the coffee was not available like at other hotels. There was a fishy smell in the hallway. The cleanliness was average (to below) and I'm sure if I pulled out cleaning supplies, it would have been a lot cleaner. However, I know you get what you pay for. The beds and tub was clean and I think that is what most people would want for a night or two. My family will look elsewhere in the future.

The whole place smelled like burnt indian food. The breakfast available was 3 nature bars 2 yogurt cups and a hard boiled egg in a ziploc bag all of which were grabbed by 1 person and the coffee was horrible at best

Much nicer than I expected for the price. I would definitely stay there again. One thing to notice however that even though they have a small kitchen there are no plates or utensils or dishes of any kind so bring your own.

This was only a one night stay so it was okay enough for the night. The hotel room was pretty nice and appeared clean until we took showers. When we got out of the show I noticed just how dirty the floor was. Then, after I was now aware of the floor I noticed by the bed closest to the window there was something spilled that no body had cleaned for awhile. Also, the bathroom door has black grime on the surface of both sides of the door. So, that was kind of gross. I hated that the mirror next to the bathroom was directly in front of the ends of the mattresses that layout gave zero privacy to anyone if they wanted it.

When I checked in I didn't get a key to my room so every time I left my room I either had to leave my door open or I had to go get staff to walk me back up to my room every time I left out my room so that they could let me out back in so certain times my things were unprotected so I really didn't appreciate that it wasn't stopped with tissue so I had to go downstairs and get tissue hopefully my next experience will be better the vending machine sucks it gave me a pop when I was trying to get noodles on top of it being very expensive I ended up wasting my money for something that I don't even drink or didn't even want

On check in after 3pm, when called front desk a little while later, about advance wifi and it charged several upgrade options, which was never advertised in description also the charge a pre-damage room deposit $108 which was not refunded back as previous stated, It will be refunded.
