We stayed here for 5 nights. It was conveniently located to freeways but the area was a bit sketchy in my opinion though we didnt have any problems. Room was fairly clean however pillowcases had marks on them which maybe hadnt been replaced from previous guest. Room service is on the 3rd day. We were gone much of the day and had asked the housekeeper if they had cleaned our room yet as walking down the hall and was told yes. Returned to our room and nothing was done. Informed them it was not clean and they went in and cleaned it. No fresh sheets, just threw the wrinkled ones back on. Water pressure was weak in shower. Our room was quiet and we slept well. My main complaint was the lack of customer service. There is none. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

Great spot for Cleveland
We have had good experiences with LaQuinta, so we tried this one in Cleveland en route to Chicago. The staff was AWESOME! Efficient, personable, and nice. The breakfast was pretty good too. Not too fancy, but good. But if you are going to Cleveland, THIS is the place to stay because there's a train station right across the street. I think it's $5 ticket and no hassle with parking. We'd stay here again.

Room smelled terrible, pullout couch mattress was falling apart, mattress covers under the sheets were filthy and then they only put 2 towels in the room, 1 soap, empty tissue box. Experience wasn’t the best.

Didn’t seem to be in the best part of town but it was fine for one night. The 2 staffers working the desk were polite and efficient, the rooms were clean and quiet. It’s slightly worn down and was pretty no-frills but we felt safe and had no problems.

Good room near light rail station
Stayed in a King room for one night. It was clean and basically equipped (one coffee cup and coffee, one body soap, etc for the two of us. Morning breakfast was basic but got the job done. Coffee was empty when we went down but they eventually made more when requested. Location is right across from the RTA station, so perfect if you need the light rail.
