Had not hot water in our shower. When we asked the front desk about it they said something was broke on the boiler and it couldn't be fixed till the next morning. Didn't even give us any discount. Airport shuttle service was late so if you use that service be sure to tell them to have it there earlier than what you need.

The water was freezing and it was very difficult to shower especially during the winter conditions. The outside of the building is very basic for how great the inside is. It also blends in wi to the other surrounding buildings Otherwise this was a great hotel, inside was very clean.

We requested a room for a person with disabilities and were not disappointed! The room was very spacious and clean. The walk in shower with a handheld shower head was just right for my husband to use. Even though we were right across from the airport, it was quiet with a very comfortable bed.

This place had a really great vibe. I stayed here one night with my pup. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good too. If I come back to Cleveland this will definitely be the hotel I stay at.

I was very unhappy with my stay. The hotel was hard to find and the room was terrible. Big space but cold and I think a motel 6 would have been better. The breakfast was not good either.
