Great Stay. One of best spots downtown.
2nd time staying here. Great spot for those attending events downtown. All venues are walkable. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out were seamless. Hotel was clean.

Amazing hotel, terrible parking garage fee
My husband and I took a weekend trip to the Cleveland Westin to see the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. The hotel is perfectly located. It’s a short walk to all the cool attractions and restaurants. The hotel is well kept, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We ate dinner in the Mexican restaurant, the food is incredible. The wait staff is amazing as well. We also had breakfast in the hotel, and everything was fresh. The only complaint that I have, we paid $250 a night for our room. Which was fair, but that’s not the complaint. The parking garage!! We paid enough to stay at the establishment, and then to pay $75 to park in there is ridiculous. Not to mention the parking garage is atrocious. The spaces are very narrow, anyone with a larger vehicle is going to have a hell of a time. Other than that, I would recommend staying here. Just bring extra money for parking, and a teeny tiny vehicle.
