I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. In order to heat foods we had to use lobby microwave and it's not always cleaned. I also didn't like that the rooms didn't have drawers or closets. Overall it was decent for the price

Great service and amenities. Super comfy lobby with games and tons of outlets. What I would ask for are more hooks in the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Also, really thin walls. We heard the kids next door all the time.

I wish this site would let you see reviews for different periods of time, because this hotel is definitely not what it once was. After our experience, I did some math and over the past month the reviews have barely averaged 5/10... Nowhere close to the 8.6 they are listed as. The room was dirty and uncared for... It had dust bunnies and burned out bulbs. Towels had makeup stains and the pillows were old and lumpy. There was no hand soap and almost no body wash. The blinds were broken so we were up with the dawn after a late flight. After checking in we got a text asking if everything was ok with the room. We replied and said the hand soap was out. The response? "Ok, thank you." Guess what, nobody brought soap. Why bother asking if you're not going to fix problems. This place definitely needs something fixed. Something has changed to drop 3.5 points off the average review. After our experience, people aren't just being fussy.

Be careful!
The doors do not lock upon shutting. You have to pull the doors shut. I was able to walk the hallway and open up 2 doors to other rooms. I unknowingly left my room unsecured with all my things in the room (laptop and clothes). Every aminity advertised is also monitized. Staying here was like playing a free to play video game. Ive stayed here in the past and really disappointed with how the property has changed. Will not stay again.

Request for a recliner in our room for 2 nights of our stay by calling the property, explaining we were there for my Nephews heart surgery at Cleveland clinic that he wasn’t able to lay flat and was told that the recliner would be there only to arrive to no recliner in the room. Our request for additional pillows was available until the night before we left, he didn’t need them then! Housekeeping signage was confusing. The room signage said rooms were clean every other day but found signage in the hall saying it had to be requested 24 hours in advance. Either way I wasn’t pleased to be in a room 3 days without any housekeeping! On a brighter note the breakfast bar was nice!
