This hotel was the only choice in the are, but it was decent. There is no daily housekeeping to supply you with towels, coffee, cups and emptying trash. It was a daily struggle to get the basics. Considering how expensive it was guests should not be required to search for it. The office was always closed when we need it. There is no signal and the wifi is very sketchy after 8 when all the guests are in.

Iā€™ll always be grateful for the opportunity to see the Northern Lights from the property. There are few trees, itā€™s open and little light pollution.

I didnā€™t expect much before staying at this property because itā€™s basically in the middle of nowhere, but I thought it would at least be quiet. Unfortunately, there were other guests at this motel who loudly partied till past 11:30pm at which point I had to put in earplugs in order to sleep. Management did not respond to my messages asking them to do something about the noise. I see no reason to ever stay here again.

We booked a double queen room for 3 people. Only had two towels and by the time we noticed it was past closing time for the office. Couldnā€™t get ahold of anyone to get any more towels- completely ridiculous. Walls are paper thin and we had a screaming baby and inconsiderate party people on either side of us that kept us up all night. Highly donā€™t recommend.

Read all the reviews before you book! Horrifying experience, we left in the middle of the night. After we checked in, we went to our room to use the washroom. The toilet seat had dry pee stains on in, disgusting... bathroom overly wasn't too clean. Anyways, we were in a rush because the restaurant was closing at 7.30pm and we were tired after all day hiking. The dinner was okay-they automatically add tip to your bill regadless of your experience! We went back to our room and had a second look, looked like the bed was made but bedsheets not changed. We showered, got ready for bed, and noticed that pillows had stains as well as the sheets under the blanket, gross... definitely used... We used the second bed, that was okay. In the middle of the night we woke up to a rattling noise, flashed the light around 3 times with nothing until the 4th time, there were mice crawling! Absolutely disgusting, we packed and left in the middle of the night, it was just the last straw. I do not recommend anyone to stay there.

The staff were friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. Easy to find a park. Rooms werenā€™t overly clean and you could hear very loud footsteps from the room above.

At $250 a night I would have expected the room to be clean. There was gross long hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom, major dust on the front of the bathtub and on the counter(so gross). The bed had dirty sheets on the bottom with sheets put over top it. What shocked me was the $200 charge if dog hair gets on the duvet cover IN a PET FRIENDLY room. The bed was comfortable but that was the only good thing about the room. Sounded like people were having a stampede upstairs, so noise wise its no good either. I have worked at hotels most of my life and that room was gross. -10 out of 10. Shouldnt charge 250 a night for a dirty room. No blow dryer or microwave either which is bizarre.
