The front desk people were very helpful and courteous. In general the place was halfway decent. The issue we had was with the beds. The first & 2nd King rooms both had several hairs on the sheet when we pulled the covers back. We took a room with 2 queens the third time on a different floor. One had several hairs on it again when the covers were pulled back. The other had 1 which my husband took off and we ended up taking that bed. It was already after midnight and we were exhausted from traveling. This was the first time we had encountered something like this which was very disappointing. Maybe the housekeeping staff need to wear hairnets or something. Beds really need to be double checked so guests don't encounter that. The bathroom counter had a big purplish/red stain on it and the tub looked like it needed to be updated.

I've been staying at this establishment over the coarse of 7-8 yrs. I have always encountered the best service, including a trucker discount. There is parking for roughly 10 semis. It's close enough, but still outside the City. Great location as far as being able to reach just about any part of the city within a 30 min drive. The prices are always feasible. Nice establishment.

There was something splatter stain all over the outside of our door and wall. Dirty handprints on the ceiling of our room, bathroom was dirty. Ac didnt work kept kickin on and off every 1-2 mins. Room stunk. Felt very uncomfortable there.

Front desk staff was great, very nice. My floor was pretty loud, people next to me, doors slamming a lot, and since my room was on the same wall as the pool one of the days kids screaming, but the room was nice. The window seal in my room leaked with the rain storms that came through that week. Breakfast was pretty good, had a good variety of stuff. Overall, good stay. I would stay there again if ever in the area, but I would request a higher floor and not on the pool wall.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast attendant was super friendly as well. Breakfast was well stocked, tasty, and hot! Beds were comfortable. Room and hotel grounds were incredibly clean.

I was told this motel was pet friendly but it was not!!! We could Not stay there for that reason. Expedia was not helpful to me. Also the checkin person was rude and unfriendly. This was a terrible experience at a Comfort Inn and Suites.

Somewhat run-down hotel. Probably poorest Comfort Inn I have stayed at. I would not stay here again. Lamps and outlets in room did not work. Mattress was absolutely terrible - killed my back; saggy with no support.
