TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Here’s a review you could post for The Inn at Clinton: I recently stayed at The Inn at Clinton and had an upsetting experience with the general manager, S. Surati. I had informed the hotel during booking that I would be bringing my service dog, but on the morning of my checkout, Mr. Surati approached me in the hallway and immediately asked, “What’s your room number?” without introducing himself or even wearing any visible staff identification. His tone and lack of professionalism made me feel extremely uncomfortable, especially as I was alone with my service dog. This encounter was not only intrusive but genuinely frightening, considering the rising concerns around safety and human trafficking in the area. After I told him my room number, he simply walked away and, to my dismay, began discussing me openly with a room service attendant nearby. The entire interaction left me shaken. When I later saw Mr. Surati at the front desk for checkout, I explained how unsettling his approach had been. His response was a dismissive “I’m sorry, but…” followed by excuses rather than any real concern for how his behavior had impacted my experience. This lack of empathy and professionalism was truly disappointing. I would caution future guests who expect a respectful and understanding environment.

The breakfast was good and the room was adequate. However, beds were high and my sister, who is an older and short person had difficulty getting onto the bed. The manager told us that if we came again to let them know ahead of time so that they could provide assistance.

I reserve a room here roughly once a month for a small getaway and every time is always very friendly and helpful staff the lobby is very clean rooms are always top notch, very quiet especially on weekends which is wonderful. outside the property its well maintained and i love the fact that most eateries are in walking distance, absolutely enjoy my stays there!

We travelled to Clinton for a wedding. The hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious, the shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable so we slept well. Breakfast was good. If we should ever need a hotel room in Clinton in the future, we’d definitely stay here again.

After checking in we found our room to be unsatisfied due to a clog sink in the AC leaking on the carpet. We had to be moved to a nearby hotel while we stayed the remainder of our stay. Front desk, initiated, the move but the next day there was no communication with the staff so we had to re-inform the situation as And tried to charge us The difference in hotel prices, which was eventually waived after we complain to management.
