Front desk employee rude
I generally like this hotel. This time I thought the front desk employee, who I had to call to help me, was rude. I’ve never had a problem at this hotel. Incidental fees are through the roof. Make sure you have $100 extra, for what? Sleeping.

I stayed in this motel on my return from biking the Katy Trail. The room was ready when I got there. It was comfy and large. I will definitely stay here any time I am in Clinton.

The room was updated and clean. The outside of the room had broken down furniture that hadn’t been hauled away laying around that didn’t give me warm fuzzies upon arrival. The air conditioner was loud and there is road noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. If you need a place to sleep for the night, it serves its purpose. I did like that the bathroom also had a sink so when staying with multiple people, the person in the bathroom had a sink as well as others in the room. We did reserve a room with 2 queen beds and ended up with a room with two doubles instead. It was too late in the evening to worry about, so we kept the room we were given. Wasn’t a deal breaker, but beds were smaller than reserved. Staff was friendly.

An Americana roadside motel where you park in front of your room. Clean and modern. Friendly and competent staff. I was in Clinton to ride the Katy Trail. Property is 1.5 miles from the trailhead. Large room with easy in and out access for my bike. I’ll stay here again.

One night in Clinton, MO
The hotel was clean and neat with a reasonable room rate. The facilities were dated but in very good repair. The only down side was that the morning hot breakfast was not hot. The gravy for biscuits and gravy was cool (not cold) and that was a disappointment. The sausages were warmer but not what I would consider a "hot" breakfast. Overall the stay and facilities were fine.

We were put in a room with kids on one side & 2 big barking dogs on the other side. Was a little noisy until about 10 pm but then settled down. The only other problem was the traffic. Lots of big trucks & cars going by, seems like all night! Motel was right out side a busy highway so that can't really be helped. All in all, not too bad a night. Didn't take advantage of breakfast so no comment on that. Odd that there was not a phone in the room but ended up not needing it but what if we did????

It's a standard old school hotel. Walls are thin, it's next to a highway so it's loud. Rooms have a fridge and a microwave which is nice.
