Ideally located for walkers of all ages, sitting at the start of the Tolkien Trail, on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, with Stonyhurst College on the doorstep.
Historic towns Ribchester, Whalley and Clitheroe are minutes away.

The whole Cottage and summer house is theirs. The cottage has a private access as does the summerhouse.
