The hotel was very nice and very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was a welcome extra. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent place. Location is good. They don’t allow me to adjust the days I wanted to stay. Front desk people didn’t really have the ability to make decisions, so they just gave me a card to contact the manager. Called and texted her multiple times with no response. They leave bright lights on in the hall and comes through the room all night. Plan to put a blanket at the bottom of your door for light and sound dampening. They said breakfast would be served 7-9 everyday. One morning this worked out w great breakfast. The rest of the days the kitchen was closed and the best you could get was a frozen bagel with egg white and cheese. When microwaved it was pretty much an inedible brick.

Too new
Hotel was built in September 2023 and seemed very new- smell of fresh construction. Noise did carry through walls. Receptionists were very kind and accommodating as we arrived early on very windy, cold day!

The room was clean, as was the facility. The staff was great. There were spring break people when we were there, and it was NOISY. People were slamming doors until late, but it finally stopped. Breakfast was limited to take and go items.This was especially disappointing given my need for gluten free options.

Love it!! Great local flavor!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel it self is beautiful inside and out! The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. I had a very good nights sleep! The breakfast area is very clean and Jorge was gracious and helpful! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and will be coming back, when I want a "stayaction"

Won't do better in Cloudcroft.
This is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The staff are very friendly. The location is very good, but you will need to drive to the shops. Can't recommend enough. Cloudcroft is a fine place to visit.
