Nos hospedamos en el Extended Suites en Coatzacoalcos y en general todo muy bien, excepto la limpieza. El precio, el personal de enfrente muy amable y te explican. Te hacen sentir bienvenidos. La limpieza es otro tema. El cuarto, mĆ”s o menos limpio. El baƱo es otra cosa. Estaba la Tina demasiado sucia, el piso del baƱo tambiĆ©n. Y olĆ­a mucho a pipi desde que llegamos. Al otro dĆ­a pedĆ­ que cambiarĆ”n la cortina del baƱo pero el olor seguĆ­a. Pero pues, tampoco nos complicamos porque solo llegamos al cuarto a dormir entonces lo soportamos. Pero si pudieran mejorar la limpieza del baƱo estarĆ­a genial. Pero aĆŗn asi, es un local accesible y si me volverĆ­a a quedar ahĆ­.

Cada que visitĆ³ Coatzacoalcos me quedo en este hotel, casi siempre lo recomiendo pero en esta ocasiĆ³n sĆ­ tuve un inconveniente, pues la habitaciĆ³n que me tocĆ³ no tenĆ­a buena presiĆ³n de agua, incluso habĆ­a momentos que no caĆ­a nada de agua en las llaves ni en la regadera. Todo lo demĆ”s del hotel tanto sus alrededores e instalaciones me agradan, solo en esta ocasiĆ³n tengo esa objeciĆ³n por la presiĆ³n del agua.

Deficiente limpieza
Almohadas terriblemente sucias, con fuerte olor a sudor. Las cambiaron cuando lo pedimos. Todos los dĆ­as habĆ­a que pedir en recepciĆ³n toallas limpias, asĆ­ como jabĆ³n y shampoo, acondicionador, crema o agua para beber como en otros hoteles, no tenĆ­an. Se metiĆ³ el agua de lluvia por una ranura entre la pared y el piso. Lo anuncian con cocina y no hay ni siquiera un vaso.

Hotel room different than in picture. Specifically, bed type and flooring. Room was not fully clean. Lots of wear and tear and rust on floor near bed posts. Hallways and elevator floor needed to be mopped.

Location is great, but this place doesnā€™t offer the minimum essentials, like enough towels, toilet paper, iron and board, hangers for clothing, reception staff not very helpful about all the needs that we had, bathroom shower horrible, you barely get water to shower, slippery shower floor as well, elevator kind of scary, that sound that makes is scary, etc. Not a good experience

Great place, nothing fancy but safe and cheap
The room was a great size, air conditioner super cold! Beds were comfy but there were a lot of stains all over the bathroom possibly mold.. otherwise this place was great! Parking was secure and safe, donā€™t let the naysayers out there dissuade you from visiting Coatzacoalcos, itā€™s safe if youā€™re smart about times and locations! We had an absolute blast here!

This property is not kept up. Room was dirty, shower was clogged. No one came in to clean, do beds or change towels any of the four nights we were there. I wouldnā€™t recommend this property or ever stay there again.
