The open-plan living area features a cozy sofa that converts into a pull-out bed, along with a large Smart TV and high-speed 100 MB Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity. Sliding glass doors lead to a furnished balcony, inviting in refreshing sea breezes and providing an ideal spot to enjoy the ocean views.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, large refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker for that perfect Costa Rican brew, and a blender for fresh smoothies or sunset drinks. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with high-end finishes and a relaxing rain shower.

IMPORTANT: This unit is located up a very steep hill, to which we owe the amazing views.
Parking area is available for guests right next to the building, but it's narrow and ONLY suitable for a very small car preferably 4x4, a quad (ATV) or Buggy.
Guests with bigger vehicles would have to park down the road, at the main parking lot (if available) and walk 100 meters up the hill to the apartment.
