The open-concept living area features sliding glass doors leading to a spacious, furnished balcony—perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze and breathtaking sunsets. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, large refrigerator, toaster oven, blender, and coffeemaker, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying local Costa Rican coffee or fresh smoothies.

Rest well on the double bed with an orthopedic mattress and fresh linens. The living space also has a pull-out sofa bed, suitable for additional guests. The bathroom is stylishly designed with luxury finishes and features a refreshing rain shower.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi (100MB) and enjoy entertainment on a large Smart TV. A/C and ceiling fans ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment includes access to a shared infinity pool nestled in lush surroundings, perfect for cooling off or lounging under the sun.

Housekeeping is provided every day, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. A short walk down the hillside takes you to the beach, making Ocean 7 an ideal base for a relaxing coastal escape.

IMPORTANT: This unit is located up a very steep hill, to which we owe the amazing views.
Parking area is available for guests right next to the building, but it's narrow and ONLY suitable for a very small car preferably 4x4, a quad (ATV) or Buggy.
Guests with bigger vehicles would have to park down the road, at the main parking lot (if available) and walk 100 meters up the hill to the apartment.
