Bright basement suite in the picturesque countryside. Welcome to Dark Horse Farm, located minutes from Cherry Point Beach, Cobble Hill mountain, Enrico and Damali Vineyard and Arbutus Ridge Golf Course. This newly renovated ground level suite comfortably sleeps 4. Enjoy the shared hot tub, private bbq and views of the beautiful gardens and hobby farm right outside of your window. Compliant with B.C short term rental regulations!

Cobble Hill is filled with beautiful views of the country and hobby farms by the dozens. You can find many vineyards to experience, play a round of golf only two minutes away, Cobble Hill Mountain to hike or bike and of course the beach to stroll and relax.

Conveniently located 5 km away from Brentwood College and Shawnigan Lake Private Shool, and 6 km away from St. Johns Academy. Making us the perfect home base for when you are coming to tour campuses, attend school events or visit family!

We have two free parking spots at the house. The best way to get around is by vehicle. Public transport and Taxi's are very limited, we advise you to plan ahead! Note, this is a suite In a family home, we are mindful of noise but there can be noise from time to time from above.

A friend and I stayed at Brittany 's bnb sadly for just one night.. It's a sweet little gem of a place that's a basement suite that does not feel like a basement at all. We arrived after dark but their gentle horse greeted us as we pulled into the guest parking spot. In the morning we enjoyed the views from the living area and kitchen. The unit very smartly done up and we lacked for nothing. Brittany was very quick to respond to any message I needed to leave. We didn't meet in person but she seemed like a kind host.Next time we'll stay longer. responsive and

Cobble Hill stay
Perfect for our quick trip to Brentwood. Easy drive from the highway, easy to park, great communication from the host. Suite was clean, cozy and comfortable. Great to have two bedrooms. Beautiful setting and a friendly horse greeted us from the paddock in the morning.

What a gem!
We only had a short 1 night stay at Cobble Hill but it was such so fabulous to arrive to such a cozy, well-decorated, comfortable space after our crazy travel journey. The host provided exceptional communication and was beyond understanding of our late arrival. After such a long day, the warm shower and cozy beds were so welcome … and the tasty snacks were a special, surprise treat!

Wonderful Little Farm Setting
We stayed at this little farm for three nights, we were very comfortable the beds were comfy and clean, everything you might need was in the Suite along with little extras to make you feel at home. In our case we had one family member in a wheelchair and this suite was perfect as it has a level entrance to the suite as well as no problem getting into the bathroom. There is also a nice sitting area outside the suite where you can sit and enjoy the little farm. Thank you for having us.

Get away on Vancouver Island
Suite is nicely renovated with everything you need for a short stay. The garden is nice. Our daughter loved the horses, geese and cat that belonged to the property. Since this is a basement suite, the ceilings are lower than normal which was not a problem for me or our daughter but my husband who is quite tall felt a bit claustrophobic at times. But overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time away from home.

Perfect Getaway
My daughters and I stayed here for a getaway to relax and spend time together. The property is rural and very quiet with lots of walking.
