Completely renovated, built in 1920 this once Town post office is now a one bedroom peaceful home. 30 minutes to Cooperstown NY, off street parking, a park across the street and surrounded by peaceful farmland. Sleeping for up to 4, room for 5 but for $50 per night extra, large master with two pull out couches. Enjoy the fantastic kitchen with a 36 inch range and dishwasher. Full walk in closet with storage. One sofa sleeper is twin,one is queen.

Quaint Valentines
Maryann had the place decorated for the holiday and left us some goodies for our quiet valentines weekend. Place is adorable, we weren’t planning on spending the whole weekend but immediately after arriving we knew we had to spend more time. Maryann is great, very responsible and makes everything easy. We’ll certainly be back.

Lovely house with lots of nice touches included. Very friendly hostess as well. One big bonus was seeing two bald eagles when we wee out for a walk. Highly recommend it.

Cottage in Seward NY
The cottage was lovely. Clean and comfortable; a beautiful kitchen! The host provided eggs, milk bread along with water and other beverages. Our primary purpose for the trip was to see our grandson participate in the weeklong baseball event at Dreams Park; the cottage location was about 30 minutes from the event but the drive was beautiful! All in all, we were very satisfied with the VRBO.
