The Lake Side Loft is approximately 1,100 sq.ft of quality, carefully decorated space with a full kitchen, living room, and office area.

Perfect to relax for a couples getaway, girls weekend or work destination.

Peaceful and bright space with a private deck with views of Lake Ontario. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy all that Cobourg has to offer.

Open concept kitchen and living room allows you socialize while preparing food in the fully stocked kitchen. Relax in the comfortable quality daybed reading or watching the 55 in smart TV.

The bedroom is spacious and bright with a quality queen size bed, reading chair, dresser and large closet.

You fully control the heat and can set each room according to your comfort.

Please note the Lake Side Loft is on the top floor so must be able to walk up outdoor stairs

Only one little thing, its a little bit hot. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom. It would need a fan or another unit in the leaving area and it would be perfect, especially in the hot wave. Other wise great space to stay.
