Friendliest engaging staff

While the dim lighting was obviously intended to create a particular atmosphere, it did make navigation and access awkward. Once in the room, found casting to tv didnt work (no sound) and reception for normal channels patchy. One teabag per person was also a little disappointing. Left the hotel for a run in the morning and was back hours before check out time only to find room / access keys deactivated. Location made for easy walk into city but access by car not straightforward due to road closures for light rail construction-which wasn't mentioned on any check-in or booking sites. Overall, was ok but didn't love it.

I loved the heritage aspect inside & out. It was elegant and tastefully fitted out. The room was large and comfortable and the food was delicious. We definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel was fine It was good having a microwave Shower worked well Television set up was confusing and time consuming Even when reception staff had come to the room to explain everything (and I had written it down) it took some time each time I wanted to stream from Stan and things had to be done in a certain order or they just didn't work Would have like to turn off airconditioner at night or at least turn it down below 19 degrees
