Updated 1940's beach cottage with all the comforts of home! One of THREE cottages available (VRBO #501808, #621877 and 827904), FOR LONGER RESERVATIONS (28 nights+) PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE FOR RATES. Ground floor fourplex, Your private residence includes, WIFI, your own fenced-in and private, beautifully landscaped back yard with deck , hammock and dining area with charcoal BBQ. Two private bedrooms, master with King bed accommodations and HDTV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds with 32' HDTV, and full size sofa bed in living area when necessary. All HDTV's include Roku with Netflix subscription. Our cottage includes your own stacked washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, Kitchen with oven/microwave and all the amenities of home! Charcoal grill for your outdoor barbecues, and Netflix subscription for those lazy nights inside! Your own private entrance, walk across the street to outdoor terrace dining! Rent a bicycle/surfboard/paddleboard on our block or take a surf lesson! Walk for coffee, breakfast, dining and entertainment on Cottage Row! Too many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance to name, you can also enjoy a little of the Cocoa Beach nightlife without having to use your car! This was one of the best VRBO experiences. The place is appointed as if the owner lives there. And the owner, Debra, went above and beyond. She texted me the morning of our first day to say the cleaners finished early so feel free to check in early. She also let us check out late as long as the place was not booked. She texted me to let me know a rocket launch was planned that night- a must see if you are there at the right time. There are so many nice touches in the condo that I was convinced the owners lived there much of the year, but they don't. They are just dedicated to making their guests feel at home. A few examples: The paper guidebook they created is the best I have experienced. The shower is tile with a stone floor. The bathroom includes an extra shelf for toiletries. The backyard is small but includes a cute table and decorations. The unit includes beach chairs and other items for the beach. Parking is 20 steps from the front door. The unit is a few blocks from the middle of downtown Cocoa Beach. Less than 2 blocks from the beach. I hope to stay there again.

My husband and I were very please with our cottage, it was cozy and very clean. The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. Our weather wasn’t the greatest but we still enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was just so amazing. I was not ready to go. I just love the location.. Walking distance to everywhere. I love the plants. The cottage decor. I am a crafty lady. I just love the feel of home on the beach inside the cottage. I just can't think of anything you left out. I will NEVER get a another cottage if it doesn't have what you offered me. I'm spoiled.. Thanks for having me. I did relax. Being a disabled veteran with polyarthritis l didn't have no problem getting into the shower.. BIG. THANKS. THANKS THANKS FOR LETTING ME STAY.. I will be back.. This place was an absolute treat! The beach house itself was perfect for what we needed. It was cozy, clean, the backyard and all was so laid back, It was the most loveliest spot we could of asked for. Perfect Little Cottage
My boyfriend and I stayed in the cottage for our vacation and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect! Less than 5 min walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We barely moved our car. We had a great time and will be back!

We absolutley loved this cottage. It's minutes from the beach, walking. They had boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella for use. It was so clean and cute. Loved throwing the swimsuits and towels in the dryer each night. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but it was a great place to relax and unwind. Would highly reccommend. Great location
Great location. Close to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants. The cottage great too. Nice place to come back to after being at the beach or out fishing. Having the twin beds was a large reason we chose this place so it is a great place for families.

Perfect Small Family Getaway!
This place was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we could need. Easy walk to the beach which was clean, safe, and not too crowded. Plenty of food and shopping within short walking distance. We had a very relaxing and fun time! The property had thought of everything, from the kitchen supplies, down to the outside shower to rinse off sandy bodies. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back!

Amazing and Relaxing
Debra was so responsive to all of my questions. No matter what hour of the night I sent them out. The cottage was so comfortable and relaxing. So many cute little surprises in the cottage and on the property to discover. My only complaint is we didn't stay long enough to use all of the amenities such as the backyard. She thought of everything that you could possibly want or need for a stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Oasis shaved ice is quite the little gem that you can walk to. The owner is super friendly. And the restaurant right across the road has delicious fried chicken. Even though it is on a main road it gets very quiet at night. We were able to walk to the ocean. I can't say enough good about Debra and this cottage.

Lovely Beach Cottage
This cottage is wonderful and so well designed and decorated. I stayed here with my parents and my medium sized dog. We all have plenty of space and loved sitting outside in the morning with coffee. The location is perfect for a morning walk on the beach and a for an evening nightcap across the street. The backyard has plenty of space for any sized dog and the multiple water sources outside make it easy to rinse off sandy paws or feet. Checking in and out easy and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.
