In south Cocoa Beach, you'll be a stone's throw from everything you could want to do on vacation. A quick walk to the beach or the banana river. Enjoy days lounging in the sun, watersport adventures, a night out on the town, jaunts down to the space center or to view a rocket launch, or a day trip to Orlando for a theme park day.

Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area!

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow access to a mailbox.
Regarding the 8 guest occupancy, we have a King, Queen, and a bunk bed which can comfortably fit 6 guests. We also provide 2 floor mattresses to sleep more people which is why the occupancy is set to 8.
