This small complex has 4 units and is very well maintained. The unit was just as pictured and the property manager was amazing to accommodate us. I’d highly recommend!

We enjoyed Coco Sands very much. It was our second time staying. It's very close to the beach and pefect size for a couple's getaway. The parking was a little tight as we drive a truck and felt that we may have been blocking the car in spot 4, but it seemed to work out. Great place to stay if you want brach time!

A perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway or an extended vacation. Very clean and welcoming studio, beach is literally across the street, grill out front of each unit, laundry room available, kitchen is well stocked with items needed to cook. Highly recommend and for sure will be booking again soon.

What a wonderful place!! Clean and fresh - from the floor, to the bathroom, to the furniture. Comfortable couch and bed as well. WiFi worked great and the tv had lots of options. Water pressure in the shower was heavenly after a day at the beach. It’s a very easy and short walk to the beach. We went to 3 beaches on our trip and Cocoa Beach is by far our favorite. Great restaurants and fun shopping just a few miles up the road. Highly recommend!!!

Cute little apartment and very quiet except for some traffic noise. Very clean and comfortable. The only issue I have is there should be more seating. A chair in the living room would be nice. Location is good, close to everything.
