This condo is perfectly located. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean. Very clean and spacious. Beds were comfy.Nicely stocked with beach toys (boogie board, surfboard, chairs, umbrella and more). Also, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals when we didn't feel like going out. Conveniently located in-between the pier and downtown.The check in was super easy. The outside of the property is a little run down but when you are in the condo you would never know. It's on the second floor with no elevator so if stairs are a problem keep this in mind. We would definitely go back.

The property’s location was convenient and well stocked with everything you needed. The instructions for checking in and out were clear and the property owner was very responsive. The condo was super clean and comfortable. We loved it and look forward to staying there again!

Perfection!
This condo is amazing. It's hard to find a place for 2 with a great view at a reasonable price...until we found this one! Couldn't be any closer to the water! Pictures reflect the interior accurately, more than what was needed is provided (fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, chairs, accessories, plenty of paper products, body wash, etc.) Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains appreciated, binoculars were a nice surprise as you can see any rocket launches right from the spacious balcony. Hosts were quick to respond and easy to communicate with throughout. We had zero complaints or problems during our week long stay. If you're looking for a well kept 2 bedroom on the beach close enough, but not too close, to all the hectic tourist spots, THIS is the place!

Best Trip to Florida!
We rented from Jen and Julie for our stay in Cocoa Beach. My daughter had a softball tournament in Melbourne for the week. The condo was as picture perfect as the listing shows. Very clean and FULLY STOCKED with everything you’ll need for your stay. It was really nice coming on a trip and having what we need there already. The views are AMAZING from the balcony and from the beach. Cannot beat sunrises with the launch site to the North. We made great use of the pool too. The property is older but well kept and clean. It was very quiet and hardly had any traffic in and out, though it may be the time of year we came too. Close proximity to downtown cocoa beach (5 min drive) and other activities. The grocery store is across the street for easy quick food runs. Julie was in communication with us throughout our stay to make sure all was well. 10/10 would stay here again… and we will!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is ocean front and nice to be on the second floor for the view. The condo was clean and well decorated. Plenty of beach towels were provided, along with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. We flew to FL and didn’t pack “beach” stuff and felt we had plenty to enjoy the beach. Beds/ pillows were comfortable. The pool was really nice and clean, but a little walk from the unit itself. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place for a family with children. Our kids (7/10 years) loved it.

Best. Vacation. Ever.
Missing our time a little extra this week. We were so impressed with our stay at the beginning of June. Super clean, updated unit with an incredible view of the ocean. We literally felt at home immediately on the first day. And we adored the secured beach access, beach toys/chairs, cooler. All the little details at this property just added up so that our family could just pivot to our next plan (which was mostly spending time at the beach). Great location is close to all the restaurants, groceries, space coast attractions. Our family has talked about our stay every day since returning home and we certainly plan on returning! Thank you so much!

Condo was as described and shown in pictures. Loved hearing the waves on the balcony. Kitchen was nicely stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels. I hate when hotels only give 4 towels for 4 people. I use 2 myself. AC not the greatest but sufficient.

Everything is just as advertised if not better. We were do ready to get to the beach we forgot toys and chairs but no need to worry they had everything you need down to the cooler and towels. Sunrise on the balcony and to top it off a space launch with a view.10/10 will be back again.

Fantastic stay!
Needed a place to stay in Cocoa Beach so that my kids could go to Space Camp at nearby Kennedy Space Center for a week. I am much more of a luxury resort type person and I don't do rentals often but this one did not disappoint and may have changed my mind about rentals! The breathtaking view and ease of getting down to the beach was a dream and really allowed me to pretend I lived on the Atlantic for a week. I loved waking to the sunrise and making my coffee each morning while looking out the window right above the sink to view the gorgeous water. Of note, the complex itself is dated and worn but this unit has been remodeled beautifully and is very comfortable and well appointed.

Amazing Cocoa Beach Vacation
This property was amazing. Everything was better than expected and the price is so affordable. Our trip was during the 4th of July and the controlled property gate access does get used by many locals because of the amazing fireworks display that takes place right in front of the property. This was an epic surprise that our family enjoyed SO much. Just know that the beach access gate will be used by a bunch of locals. Thank you for an amazing stay. We'll be back!

Beautiful Condo
We stayed a week at this condo. It was just as described and pictured on vrbo. The condo was decorated very nice. We enjoyed sitting out on the extra long balcony with enough chairs for about 6 people. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The private beach was nice and not very crowded. My daughter swam in the pool one afternoon and it was heated and not crowded. A Publix is across the street. We would stay again!
