Welcome to Station 450. Newley renovated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath House within walking distance to the Beach and River with a rich astronaut and space race history. I'm proud to offer my family home for over 3 generations for guests to enjoy beautiful Cocoa Beach.

Watch Space Launches from the front yard. 48 Min To Disney, 10 Min to Port Canaveral, 5 Min to Ron Jons, Walking Distance To Beach and River. 25 Min to Kennedy Space Center.

Quiet neighborhood with plenty of backyard space, parking and room inside and out for families or friends.

My family was part of the Space Program and the house has entertained Astronauts during the 60's before and after launches. Completely renovated and remodeled to a clean and modern open design.

3 bedrooms / 2 Full Bathrooms

Bedroom 1: 1 (one) King Bed - Comfortable Memory Foam Matress, Wall Mounted Internet TV, plenty of USB ports on two bedside tables with LED Lamps, Tile Floor with Area Rug, 1 (one) Closet.

Bedroom 2: 1 (one) Queen Bed - Comfortable Memory Foam Matress, Wall Mounted Internet TV, plenty of USB ports on two bedside tables with LED Lamps, Tile Floor with Area Rug, 1 (one) Closet.

Bedroom 3: 1 (one) Double Bed and 1 (one) Double Futon Bed. Dressers for clothes storage. No TV in this room. Tile Floor.
NOTE - There is 1 (one) step down into this room for access.

Bathroom 1: Floor to celing black tile with walk in large Rainfall Shower (no tub), Commode, Sink, Touch Screen LED auto defrost mirror, 1 (one) Hair Dryer.

Bathroom 2: White Marble Tile, Full Size Tub with Shower, Commode, Sink.

Living Room: 1 (one) L-Shaped Sectional Couch with enough room for a person to sleep on. 1 (one) Coffee Table, 1 (one) Chair that pulls out to a Single Bed (sheets, pillow and blanket in closet), Large Wall Mounted Roku/Internet TV, Island Bar that connects to kitchen with seating with 4 stools. Tile Floor with Area Rug.

Dining Room: 1 (one) Wooden Dining Table with 4 (four) chairs and 1 (one) designer area rug, Tile Floor

Kitchen: 1 (one) Stainless Fridge/Freezer, 1 (one) Kureg K-Cup Coffee Maker, 1 (one) Microwave/Convection/Air Fryer Combo Unit, 1 (one) Induction Stovetop with 4 eyes. Bar-Island area that connects to Living Room, Assorted Pots and Pans, Silverware, Plates, Cups, Coffee Cups, Bamboo Cutting Board, Chef Knives.

Laundry Room: 1 (one) Stack Washer/Dryer Combo, Clothes Folding Area

Extras: Small Table Top Ironing Board, Small Travel Iron. Outside Heated Beach Shower located on back porch area. Welcome Book with WiFi Code and other infomation need for your stay.

Beach and River Access: Station 450 is not quite 2 blocks to Atlantic Ocean, and same distance west to River. No chairs or beach towels available at house, but plenty of inexpensive shops that sell are nearby.

ACCESSABLE TRAVELERS NOTICE: Parking area is grass, one step up to front wooden deck porch, no paved access to house or ramps. Bedrooms 1 & 2 and both bathrooms are on single floor, Bedroom 3 does have 1 (one) 14 inch step down/up into/from back bedroom. No hand rails in bathrooms. There is also a step down from back door to access backyard.

Perfect good nights rest with our 8 people!
Beds were comfortable. Essential dishes and utensils provided. Nice shower and had a much needed bath tub too. Stayed cool inside the house! Large sofa in living room made it easy to wind down with the family. Really close to the beach, no driving needed. Church next door gave it a Lit up vibe! We would definitely stay again.

Over all great property. Only issue was that there was no oven or enough pots and pans to feed the 8 people staying in the home. Could not cook meals at the house but we only stayed for 2 days.

We stayed 3 nights with our 3 teenagers. Spacious accommodation, recently decorated, walkable to beach, smart tv and reliable WiFi. There is no oven and limited utensils- but lots of restaurants/eateries deliver to the door. We all had a fabulous, relaxing time- loved cocoa beach as well!

Fishing Weekend Stay
Came to the area for 3 days of fishing with a group of friends. The house is in a great location and was set up perfectly for a long weekend fishing get away. The home was clean and recently updated. The four bedrooms were perfect for the 4 of us in our group. The host was responsive and we would stay here again fo future fishing trips.

Excellent Location in Cocoa Beach
The property has interesting historical ties, and has been renovated to a high standard. We enjoyed staying here, and loved the location. We wished more detail had been provided about the people who had visited during the Space Program, along with any ephemera (photographs, printed material) from that time. The downside was that it’s not quite ‘finished’. In the extra room that used to be the garage, there wasn’t a cover on an electrical outlet, the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed, and the A/C unit in the wall provided a fan function, but no cooling. The lot that the house is on needs to be cleared of junk and waste like old rusting paint cans, bikes, and discarded materials from the building project. There is no provision for outside seating, which is a shame, as it could be a lovely area to sit outside on pleasant evenings. With a little more work and attention to detail, this could be a 5* location to stay for years to come.

Outside is a little dumpy, and there is no outside space for eating or having a cocktail. Location is great for walking to the beach! There were no paper towels, paper napkins, or tissues in this home. There is no icemaker or beach chairs in this home. Cocoa Beach is a great destination and we had a lovely time. Beds were comfortable, but there were no overhead fans in the bedrooms.

We came to Cocoa Beach for a short 2 night getaway. It was fun to stay in a real neighborhood. The house was completely renovated but still maintains a fun 1960s “space race” vibe. Thank you Chad!

GREAT PLACE!
This was one of our best Vrbo experiences! The house ... clean(!!!); comfortable beds; it has 2 toilets (the listing was confusing on this); 2 showers; plenty of room for my family of 7. The house is also perfectly located: short walk to the beach (got to see the SpaceX Crew 8 launch); short walk to coffee shop; and short drive to Ron Jon's, Publix, Win-Dixie, & places to eat. The host ... excellent communication! I can't say enough of how comforting and appreciated that was for me! BECAREFUL of the step down in the back bedroom. I wasn't looking for it and almost took a spill. And the a/c in that same bedroom needs to be upgraded. I would definitely recommend this rental and will rebook if we find ourselves in the area in the future!

Perfect location
We stayed at this beautiful home for two nights prior to leaving on a cruise! Prior to our arrival the communication with Chad was easy and he was prompt with answers to all my questions. The house is in a great location! We felt safe in the neighborhood! The house is close to all the wonderful amenities of Cocoa Beach! The yard was nice for the kids to enjoy Florida weather! Locals walked by the house and waved and made us feel at home! The house was very clean! We truly enjoyed having the laundry available especially with having a toddler! The house was comfortable and had enough extras to make the stay perfect! The shower is top notch! lol. We enjoyed playing cards and watching a movie as a family! Chad stayed in touch and again was prompt with his responses! We have stayed at many different Vrbos and this was by far the most comfortable! I would also like to add….. the beds are so comfy! And I was sad to leave those comfy beds! If you are traveling to the Cocoa beach area I strongly recommend this home….. you won’t regret it!
