Offering a private dock, amazing lake views, and a provided canoe, rowboat, and kayak, you may never want to leave! Located just 10 steps down from the wrap-around front deck and with a private swimming beach on the picturesque banks of Mica Bay, you'll be just down the road from the public boat launch and 10 miles from the charming streets of Coeur d'Alene. Lake Pend Oreille is only another 25 miles beyond for even more aquatic fun!

This newly remodeled home features all new appliances, updated bathrooms, a large and open kitchen and dining area, and a huge family room on the second floor that features an expansive view of the lake to create a memorable vacation atmosphere. Use the free WiFi to check the forecast, then spend the day exploring the lake with the kayak or canoe.
You'll love fishing in the 12-foot rowboat, lounging on the dock, and playing on the sandy beach. Toss your wet clothes into the private washer/dryer and cuddle up by the gas fireplace with a book or board game. The classic lake cabin decor is enhanced by modern amenities such as a stereo with Bluetooth speakers and a gas grill to show off your BBQ skills. The deck is the perfect place to wrap up an evening. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful place for a September visit
The home is bright and cheery. The kitchen is well organized and has everything we needed. The view from the deck and the balcony is beautiful. Clean cozy and remodeled made this older lake cabin great! The back deck overlooking the amazing lake views was awesome. Although it could use some work having a nice boat dock was incredible. Internet was very slow but didn’t bother us too much as we weren’t there to work or watch tv.

Nice place, but very old
This is a nice home but old and rundown on the outside. The listing doesn’t show any photos of the front of the house so, after a 6hr drive, we weren’t even sure we were at the right house - there is no address on it. The code for the keypad didn’t work so it took us a half hour to get inside. The listing mentions that there are stairs (it’s a 2-story home) but it does not mention how steep it is walking from where you have to park to where you enter the house. I have a bad knee and this posed a problem for me; stairs are fine, but a steep and muddy incline is not and we would not have chosen this property if they had mentioned this in the listing. The inside was nice and looked mostly like the photos. The stuff in the kitchen was mostly clean, but the utensil drawers were crumby and some of the utensils and dishes were not very clean. Everything else was surprisingly clean though and the furnishings were comfortable except for the king bed in the room with the view - it sucks. It has a queen size pillow topper on a king mattress and was not comfortable. The other king bed was a super firm and noisy mattress that also had bedding that was too small. The owners really need to spring for a functioning set of curtains for both sliding doors upstairs. They kept falling off the clips that held them in place and were on the jankiest curtain rods I’ve ever seen; they literally looked like they were seconds away from falling down. There is also a lamp upstairs in the family room that is a fire hazard - the wiring and lightbulb are super loose so we unplugged it. As for the outside, the Adirondack chairs were missing, but we were surprised to find fishing poles, although only one of them actually worked. The dock is larger in person than it appears in the photos, and we used the fire pit one night but couldn’t find roasting sticks anywhere. The town is nice and there’s an excellent beach with a really amazing playground near the marina, so we went there and flew a kite and walked on the world’s largest floating boardwalk. We literally had the beach to ourselves because it was the off season, so it was peaceful. Overall, we had a nice stay, but there are definitely things they could do to make the home better.

Nice place. Smaller than I expected.
Nice kitchen and many lovely updates to the home. Sliding screen door to the main deck needs replaced. Didn’t spend anytime on upper deck, looked out dated. Wifi was great. Views amazing. Parking was a challenge but doable even with a small car. Walked past the boat landing and took the road to the left. Saw a small moose in the willows near the lake. What a treat!

Let's start by saying property was exactly as described. Can't beat the sunrise. Perfect view every morning. If I were to change one thing it would be the chairs and benches for the dining table. They weren't comfortable after awhile when playing cards with the family. Kitchen has all the appliances that you need. For the women there is a makeup mirror. Parking could be a little tricky if you have a hard time backing down a hill. There is evidence of this when you look at the neighbors gutter. Very close to Coeur D'alene city center but far enough away to be in nature. Saw moose and deer in the area. Would stay again no questions asked.

We enjoyed this lakehouse very much. There weren’t any paddle boards as listed, though. Hopefully, the kitchen window frame will be repaired to close the 6 inch gap, which let in lots of bugs. There was no way to notify the property manager about this.

Relaxing lake location
We really enjoyed this rental. It was very clean and was in a great location. Close enough to town to run in if we needed something. The kids loved swimming off the small beach and fishing off the dock. It was nice that a kayak and canoe were provided. The house was very clean and the updates were nice. Even the upstairs had new carpet and the bathroom was updated. Our main complaint was the lack of A/C. A couple of fans were provided but I had to go to the store to get additional fans so that we could sleep in the 90+ degree weather. Also, the heaters in the upstairs living room and one of the bedrooms came on unexpectedly, which was both uncomfortable and dangerous (curtains hanging over heater). The only other issue we had was that the dock needed some repairs. Part of it sagged into the water so it was constantly wet and slimy and a slipping hazard. Overall we found this rental to be very enjoyable and would stay here again.

We stayed with another family at the property. we enjoyed the beach and the dock. The beach has eastern exposure and provides wonderful sunrises, we took an evening cruise each night to see the sunsets. During the hot days, the shade was great, but during the cool days, we were wishing for some more sunshine!
