Celebrating Thanksgiving in Coeur d'Alene, ID

We live in Coeur d'Alene and chose this VRBO for six immediate and extended family members (ranging in age from 16 months to 25 years old) visiting us from Sisters, OR and Austin, TX. This was the latest (and best!) in a long tradition of family members gathering to celebrate Thanksgiving. Suffice it to say here that the VRBO was convenient and quiet with perfect accommodations and amenities (with unexpected and much appreciated Christmas decorations including a beautifully decorated tree)! Location is excellent offering everyone many opportunities for diverse activities in very close proximity! We all had a great time!

The house appeared to be new. There were 2 items of damage to note: One was a small hole in a wall where the doorknob hit the wall (use a baseboard stopper instead of a hinge stopper). The other was melted siding that appeared to have come from the grill being too close to the house (it had been moved when we arrived). Location was good; close to attractions and verry quiet.

Cute place in a great location!

We had a nice time exploring the area and were able to walk from the house to nearby hiking trails and the waterfront. (It’s several blocks but a nice area.). Restaurants were in walking distance, too.

The house was exactly what we needed and lived up to the description and pictures! The 7 of us slept comfortably and there was enough space for the rest of the family to drop in each day for a quick meal or snack while planning the days events. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful home, 5 stars!

Beautiful home near McEuen Park, Downtown and Tubbs hill! The home was well furnished, and it was so nice to come back and relax for a few hours after exploring CDA! Property management was very easy to stay in contact with via text which I appreciated! I also liked that we could park in the garage. We had our toddler stay in a pack n play in the master bedroom, and it was really nice having the bunk beds plus full bed in another room for our older 3 kids to sleep in together. Next time we visit CDA we will be looking to stay here again! The only downside was I (dad) accumulated a wishlist of upgrades to do to our house from my wife and daughters based on what they saw in this house! 😆
