Needs some attention
If your planning on renting,plan on not cooking. There was only one small frying pan and a few boiling pots. No mixing bowels. No strainer or sheet pan They had a bottle opener but not a can opener.. I addressed the issues with the owner never did anything but make excuses . Then to top it off the bedroom sliding back door did not lock. The place is OK butcould use a deep cleanig and maintenance. i did recommend spending $30 onkitchen items from the Dollar Stpre. I would think it would be a tax write off. Its cheap rent for a reason.
