The Newly Renovated, Two bedroom, Ground Floor property will enable you to Relax, Unwind and Holiday in Style!
Sand and Sea offers an open plan living area features a Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, WiFi, Air-Conditioning & Heating.
The kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a fully equiped Kitchen & Nespresso Coffee Machine. The dining Table Seats 4, as well as a Comfortable Lounge Room.
There is a Shared Laundry with Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer.
Plenty of on street parking is available. We have extra Storage for Surf Boards or Bikes in the Garage (doesn't fit a car).

Lovely renovated 2 bed unit in a block of 8 units Across the road from the entrance to Sawtell beach 100 metres to RSL Club 200 metres to Sawtell village - nice Pub & plenty of good restaurants The unit is well appointed & comfortable
