We chose this property since it was a convenient stop across Kansas and because Expedia rated the property as "Excellent". While this is a unique stop, it is not an "excellent" stop. Pros: Friendly staff, convenient, quiet location, great breakfast, fun decor, ice bags at the ice machine Cons: We had at least 15 dead flies in our room when we arrived (on the window sill and on the floor near the sink), the tile floor near the sink/bathroom was all sticky, the room was dim, even with all the lights on, and an alarm light flashed bright green every 30 seconds (all night long). I'm not sure how clean the room was. It could have been very clean, but unfortunately the flies, dim lighting and sticky floor made me think it was not very clean.

We checked in late, and by mistake our room (double room) was already given to another guest. They gave us two rooms (one with king bed and another one with queen bed) so that we can all sleep comfortably. All that at no extra cost! Excellent customer service. We have been on a road trip from east-west-east and on almost the last leg of our trip. Trust me, the breakfast they served was one of the best breakfasts, if not the best, that we have enjoyed in our long trip. If you need anything, just ask. The lady in the kitchen will get it for you!

This is a nice motel with an excellent staff and breakfast. However the rooms and especially the beds could use a little upgrade. We stayed one night and the room was clean, but the bed was almost too soft and my wife and I kept rolling to the middle.

Well, the bed was comfortable and that was the most important thing but very worn motel, no light in the tiny shower/toilet room was bizarre. Paper thin walls so that was awkward listening to a couple at 2.00am. Wi-Fi and TV worked fine and check in was friendly so it was a mixed bag review

Very clean! Comfortable. Good shower. Breakfast was good. Breakfast casserole, oatmeal, assorted breads, cold cereal, cinnamon bread, fruit cups, waffles, juices, coffee and milk. The breakfast room was decorated nicely. Highly recommended!
