The property was really nice, however they double booked us for a room so then we had to sleep in a twin room instead of the one we booked, furthermore there was no WiFi on site despite it being stated that there is, when I called reception in the evening the guy basically said ā€˜toughā€™. The design and rooms are really nice and the pool and sauna/steam rooms are good. Given the room situation and the WiFi not being available, Iā€™d say this minuses points. Overall I would say the stay was okay at best due to this. Once they have fixed their issues they will be a great place to stay.

Hotel undergoing renovations but we went on a Sunday so not working. Room was lovely- spacious clean and comfortable. Food was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

I dont understand how in this day and age third world countries have a better wifi connection than this hotel. Wifi connected and disconnected numerous times. Couldnt even visit any websites let alone stream a video. No reception for phone calls in the room unless you go outside.

Hotel is going through a refurb, room was spot on, which is the right way round, and the old dated areas became a source of amusement rather than frustration, great staff, would happily book again (although I did lose my jumper)

What a shame....
Booked in OK and given password for Internet. Had zero Internet in the room but full signal in the corridor. When I asked to be moved to a room with Internet I was told that the hotel was aware of a problem that meant there was no Internet in any executive room!!! Also, quite noisy air con and given no details as to how to adjust or turn it off! Room refurb is superb but I won't stay here again!
