Found room boiling due they had activated central heating and can not be controlled room by room. Receptionist said "this is England". Also rooms had no isolation and no door seal, so you will hear doors banging all the time from other clients.

We stayed for one night and wanted somewhere easily reachable from 2 visits we were making over 2 days. This location was convenient and also quiet for a good nights rest. We didnā€™t use the restaurant. We used the pool facilities in the morning. Which was lovely and clean. The hot tub was out of order though which was a shame as I was looking forward to it. The bedroom was clean and modern with everything you need for a good rest. Lots of parking.

Very disappointed - room was dusty and needed a deep clean, bed uncomfortable, no A/C, tv remote didnā€™t work. Basic room, no upgrade. Food was average and expensive, breakfast was a mess - hot food not replenished quickly, coffee machine needed refilling and staff member rude. Hotel in the middle of nowhere by an industrial estate in the countryside, no walks to amenities. Clientele made us feel uncomfortable. Parking good, pool, steam, sauna and hot tub very good and grounds nice. Reception staff excellent and dealt with my complaint efficiently.

First up, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic (especially the chance to sit on the terrace to eat it). However, the actual room was appauling. Although clean, there was no air conditioning, so it was like a furnace. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, so it sounded like a herd of bufallo were upstairs, and due to the requirement to keep the windows open, it's extremely noisy. Also, the windows open straight onto the car park so choice between melting or choking on exhaust fumes. No instructions anywhere in the room regards things like strange lights that turned on when flicking switches, yet appeared to do nothing else. Broken bathroom fittings, and empty soap dispensers. Again, the staff were great, but next time will pay the little bit extra to stay at a holiday inn.

Great location, but the rooms werenā€™t clean. Breakfast was a nightmare. They took forever getting the breakfast items out. Staff too slow to take away dirty plates. Staff donā€™t acknowledge you are waiting and they chatter to each other.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was lovely, carpet was dirty but minor problem. Food was great however the sausage with the mash was a bit chewy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Only issue we had was a large group of inconsiderate people at 1am arriving in taxis laughing and shouting outside our open window (it was hot). Not the staff's fault however assumed security would of dealt with them. The noise went on for about 20 mins. Other than that love it and would definitely come again.
