For the perfect “Country Getaway”, visit ELEVEN OAKS RANCH house, located on a five generation ranch just 7 miles West of downtown Coleman, Texas. The relaxed country style family room and dining room includes a 52” television with cable and Wi-Fi.
The newly remodeled kitchen offers stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and breakfast/work island, along with all utensils and dishes needed for cooking and serving meals.
The “Ranch” Bedroom provides a queen size bed and guest closet. This bedroom offers "blackout" curtains for maximum relaxation. The “Rodeo” Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a twin size bed, and guest closet. All bed linens are furnished. Two twin sofa beds and a cowboy cot can accommodate 3 more guests. All sleeping areas offer ceiling fans for your comfort. One and a half newly remodeled bathrooms provide toilets, vanities, and a large walk in shower. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer are provided.
The complete laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener sheets for your convenience.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the large covered patio or beneath the century old Oak trees. Watch breath taking sunsets, view Texas native wildlife, enjoy bird-watching, and enjoy some incredible star- gazing during your visit. Springtime brings an array of wildflowers, blooming cactus, and native grasses. Take a nature walk around the five acre Yard surrounding the house. A propane grill is provided for use on the patio.
Covered parking for two vehicles is available.
While visiting ELEVEN OAKS, visit the great restaurants, quaint shopping, and friendly people in downtown Coleman, just a short drive away. Picnics, fishing, and boating are just next door to the ranch at beautiful Hords Creek Lake. O.H. Ivie Reservoir and Lake Brownwood are just a short trip away. Have a great lunch at Big O’s in Valera or at the vintage soda shop inside the Owl Drug Store in downtown Coleman.
ELEVEN OAKS is pet friendly upon approval by the hosts. While walking your pet, they should be kept on a leash, so they do not escape into the highway or into the nearby pasture where livestock reside.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
