We were given a room in the basement that says first floor. The pillow had bird feather. The view from a small window is looking up to see the ground then cars parked. The breakfast was not good. Potatoes and eggs were burned on the side, with no taste, the sausage were dried. When items were finished, not supplied back right away. Even the water for tea was not good. Seems very lack of care. I told the front desk. Measures were taken right away and food was much better the next day. The front desk people are very good. They are trying to take action to help.

Convenient location but wouldn’t recommend
Preston was great at check in, very friendly, as well as good of at his job. Made us feel welcome. Our room was very basic. TV was old with no menu or guide, so had to scroll through the channels. Most were Spanish, sports or news. I was there with my daughter, so only found 1 channel. AC/heater was very loud. Looked like there was some big damp damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, that they’d just painted over. There was a free breakfast, but wasn’t that great. Coffee was luke warm & watered down, biscuits & gravy was extremely salty, one kind of yogurt & it was Greek yogurt, bagel was as hard as a rock. Hotel was convenient as it was right off the highway, but found out later that it wasn’t the best area. Thank you Preston for being so nice, but would not stay there again & could not recommend it.

Great staff, but needs a facelift.
The staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was polite and helpful. Five stars to the staff! The downside is they need to remodel. The carpets are stained and showing their age. The bed is the hardest bed I have ever slept on. We stayed 3 nights and there were stains in the pillow cases each night. Old makeup and God knows what. The walls are beat up. The TV guide does not match up to the channel, they need to update the media for sure. The breakfast was nice and the area was clean. I'd give this hotel 5 stars but it needs a desperate remodel. The owners need to hear the public as I am not the only one who feels this way. Your staff is amazing, now make the hotel match their qualities.

Wasn't really what i expected... smelled like a cheap motel and rooms could use some updating. Our tub and sink did not drain properly so it felt really gross showering. Staff was ok. Site was also deceptive about distance from the stadium...i understand traffic but the miles listed on the site was triple the number of miles traveled. This is important because i chose this location because of the distance. Overall, the stay was ok....i wouldn't stay there again.

THIS PROPERTY IS IN NEED A RENOVATION ASAP!!!! THE CARPET IS OLDER THAN ME. I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED AND GROSSED OUT. THE SHOWER HANDLE WAS HANGING FROM THE WALL AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO GIVE OUT PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE OLD PLUMBING FIXTURE. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND FRANKLY I WANT ME MONEY BACK.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvemen
Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by how clean it was, and the use of Dove products in the bathroom was a lovely bonus! While the check-in process was smooth, I must mention that the lady at the front desk could have been a bit more cheerful. Nevertheless, the transaction proceeded without any issues, which is always appreciated in hospitality. One aspect that caught me off guard was the parking situation. I noticed that a pass was required, and I was warned about the risk of being towed if it wasn't displayed. This would have posed a significant concern had I had company staying over and their vehicle was towed. It’s worth noting that future guests should be cautious of this. Despite this minor setback, my stay was enjoyable, and I found the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing. I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit. I highly recommend it!
