So disappointing!!!
They originally gave us a room that was already occupied when we entered it. Very disturbing. In addition there was an event at the hotel that night and when we got back from dinner there was no where to park our car. They were not helpful at all with a solution. Told us ā€œI donā€™t know what you want us to do about itā€.

Has everything you might need for a quick stay. Has a fridge and microwave in the room. My roomā€™s top two outlets near the tv didnā€™t work. Also, I did see a bug in my room. Tv is also a bit lackluster. No option to cast and the guide option doesnā€™t work. Channel one has the guide however. Very close to the Wawa and close to a shopping plaza with a dollar tree and other eateries. There are bus routes near the property that make nearby travel pretty accessible. A bit far from downtown Washington but still close enough that it isnā€™t a total pain to get to.

Comfortable place. Paid breakfast was nice. The staff was courteous and friendly. AC was quiet, but confusing to get to. We kept trying to lower the temperature on the digital thermostat on the wall without success. Then we realized that the AC could be controlled directly by controls on the unit. Gym was adequate ā€” it had free weights and treadmills. Overall a pleasant stay. We would go again.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a week and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating, which I appreciated. The location is convenient However, the facilities are quite outdated. For the first two days, we stayed in room 1204, which is above the front desk. The noise from the parking lot below was easily heard, and the air conditioning was a bit loud. After I complained, we were moved to room 1415 on the 4th floor. It was much quieter, but we encountered several issues: the bathroom drain was clogged, the outlet next to the sofa didnā€™t work, and the refrigerator was broken. The front desk staff moved us again to room 1419. While this room was better, the two outlets on the desk didnā€™t work, and the bathroom door didnā€™t close properly.
