Not so good experience.
The custome service at the desk is terrible. They are not friendly at all. The heat did not work in my room and I was extremly cold. I let the front desk know, and she put in a ticket for someone to fix it the next morning. No one came to fix it. I went back down to the desk the next day and let them know about me heat again. The guy there acted as if he didnt care. He eventually called someone to go up. Someone came less than 5 min, and he fixed the heat. One hour or 2 later it stopped working again. After that I was over it because I was checking out the next morning anyway. So all in all my stay was uncomfortable and cold! Poor service. Do better!

It was good they only compliant was the pot smoking at the entrance of the hotel in the designated smoking area. kids were hanging out there smoking pot. the pot smell was inside the hotel as well. in the elevator and the entranceway on our floor. I would definitely change the smoking area entering the building. the rooms were nice and clean.
