December 31st is my anniversary and this was the perfect getaway it was plenty of space for kids to run around and animals to run around and to have a nice get together house was very spacious and felt like home

Great place to stay
We really enjoyeved everything about our stay. I think this place would be a perfect guys weekend stay and the place is not that far away from everything. Kids enjoyed fishing the pond (catch and release). Any issues that did come up were addressed immidiately which we really liked. Overall we all had fun and enjoyed our stay. If we need to stay in College Station again we will definitely stay here.
