Very dirty and falling apart. Glad we only needed a place to drop and sleep because it was awful. Wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel looks like a crack house used in Breaking Bad. Checked into our room and when we entered they already booked that room and there were kids in there smoking, drinking and room was a mess! We went back to front desk and they had no more rooms available and they were supposed to refund us and they still have not. Stay somewhere else in College Station as this place is a dirty mess.

The property looks like abandon it looks like it has leafs from last winter. The african American lady always treats customers rudely she looks like she does not have customer service. She looks like a aggie student and still it seems like she doesn’t have social skills or doesn’t know how to communicate with people. The property needs a little cleaning in the outside because it looks like the building across the street that it looks abandon and it looks like it going through remodeling or demolish and makes the denny’s restaurant look like its not safe place it looks like a person may come out or its a place where people are going to do drug deals

Valerie at the front desk was extremely helpful, patient and kind. There was an issue with my booking through hotels.com. I had a receipt for my payment but the hotel had not received payment. There was way too much back and forth between hotels.com, La Quinta and Expedia (3rd party involved if you do anything through hotels.com apparently). Valerie was on the phone with both parties several times (for over an hour!) and stayed extremely calm and polite to both. The payment finally came through but it was an issue on Expedia's end, not Valerie’s. I will not use hotels.com in the future. Valerie’s customer service was impeccable and I’m grateful for her help. Our room, however, smelled like mildew and the bedding did too. The shower was very hard to turn on.

My first room was disgusting duty no clean sheets I found socks on the bed trash under the bed cockroaches all over the room I notified the front desk they moved me to another room and it was in the same condition with cockroaches all over the room unfortunately it was to late to find out other hotel close to the university
