HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Our room is falling apart, tiles are coming off the wall, it looks like there was a flood in our bathroom. Broken tiles are laying on the floor. I reserved a room for FOUR people and when I got to the room I only had two towels. When I went to the front, I asked for extra towels. The employee had to stop playing a game on her phone to tell me they had no more towels and had to give me hand towels. How am I supposed to dry off with a hand towel?? I walked passed a laundry room with large dryers and they are filled with towels. The employee couldn’t stop playing her game on her phone long enough to fold at least two more towels. The room stinks. I will NEVER stay here again. Kids are throwing footballs in the lobby as guests try to walk through and again, the employee just plays on her phone. I want a discount because I am not getting some of the amenities advertised on the Tru Hotel Al website.

Everything was dirty. The pillows were terrible. Crumbs all over floor and found hair on bed. Empty shampoo and conditioner bottles. Just dirty. Won’t be coming back.

The floor in the room was so gross. It clearly had not been mopped. We had to put socks on just to keep our feet clean and then our socks were so dirty it was disgusting. I showed them to the lady at the front desk and rather than apologize she was defensive and seemed to care less. Also the air conditioning did not work properly and rather than it dehumidifing the room it was adding to the humidity and the air was just gross and sticky in the room.
