Clean and spacious 1400 sqft townhome in the middle of Collingwood. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (with two bathtubs). Bedroom 1 is the master with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and an extra single mattress that can be put out to accommodate 1 adult/child. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, with 2 double beds that can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. Bedroom 3 has a double bed that can sleep 2 adults.
Only a 12 minute drive to Blue Mountain (P1 South parking lot) and 20 minute drive to Wasaga Beach.
Our home can accommodate a total of 7 adult guests across all beds (3 double beds + 1 extra single floor mattress), and an additional 2 children (upper bunk bed level – must be >6 years old and under 150 lb total to sleep on top bunk bed).
Bedroom #1: Master bedroom with queen bed. Additional single mattress stored in closet and can be placed on floor for additional guest. Can sleep up to 3 adults.
Bathroom #1: Ensuite bathroom with tub.
Bedroom #2: Double bed for 2 adults.
Bedroom #3: bunk bed with double beds. Lower bed can sleep 2 adults. Upper bed can only sleep children >6 years of age and under 150 lb total weight according to manufacturer's instructions.
Bathroom #2: contains tub for bedrooms #2 & #3 to share.
Main Floor Powder room: toilet and vanity.
Kitchen & Dining Room: Square table seats 4 guests. Four more can be accommodated at island. Additional folding chairs are also available if needed.
Stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster. Fully stocked with dishes, pots, cutlery. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and paper towels provided.
We supply: Fresh, clean, bath towels, hand towels and face cloths. All bed linens including fresh sheets. Bath mats in each bathroom and hand soap. Please plan ahead by packing your own pool/beach towels and outdoor folding chairs if heading to the beach as these items are not provided.
Parking: 1 parking spot on driveway. Additional street parking within neighbourhood, please adhere to parking by-laws.
No pets. No smoking. Family Friendly. No parties or events.
Extended stays: Longer stays are welcome. Please inquire for discounts.

There is a strict noise by-law in effect. Those playing loud music, yelling and disobeying the by-law will be evicted and may be fined in accordance with the by-law. Kind and respectful behaviour is expected.
Cleaning: Our unit is professionally cleaned in between every reservation following enhanced cleaning protocols. Additional attention is given to high contact surfaces.
