Overall we had a lovely time. However there being no elevator service to our room on the sixth floor was very inconvenient. I was under the impression this was a new issue until I spoke to another guest who said it was not working as far back as June. I had to request bath towels as there was only 1. They arrived within minutes 😊 however the next day when I had to request a toilet roll I had to call back a second time. Apart from that the staff were all very friendly.

The stay was terrible. The hotel was very depressing, and the rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor. It resembled an old condo, and we could clearly hear conversations and bathroom noises from the next room. We had to extend our stay due to an emergency, and the hotel made an error on the invoice. Although we were told over the phone that the price would remain the same, they failed to update it in their system. As a result, we had to wait nearly an hour at checkout to explain the situation and adjust the invoice. We stopped arguing the front desk lady for the right exact amount for refund and ended up getting less money as it was not worth the time. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

There is a $12/day "resort fee" that was not disclosed upon check in. Had to pay extra if you wanted towels or bedding changed. After having to move rooms due to a wasp issues in our room, we were not comped anything. Nothing special. Might as well stay at a chain hotel.

The room advertised a kitchen, but the kitchen is besides the bed. No housekeeping included UNLESS you spend 7 days. The outdoor pool is not in premises, the indoor pool is mostly enclosed. Still under renovations.

Overall it was okay but unfortunately it wasn’t as described in a way,getting to the 5th floor with stairs every time you left your room with a toddler and extra stuff was extremely inconvenient, an experience everyone on the 5th floor shared in common. The service was very slow to get room service (towels,soap,teabags etc) they have great customer service they just don’t have enough stuff for capacity therefore you will wait ages. The swimming pool unfortunately and hot tub was not at all clean. The place is in a convenient location with everything around,my family enjoyed kayaking and the stay however it’s just not 5 star and the place doesn’t look 5 star either..the reception main floor is very nice but that’s all. A lot of first time guests and timeshare sales.

This is by far the best hotel experience for me. Aqua path was the highlight of this trip within the hotel. Also, we got upgraded room with a Lakeview which was again the best experience. My kids and I loved the outdoor hot pool. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Will visit again 😊

We had to run the shower for at least 10/15 minutes before warm water started flowing. Those who do not know this may start showering in lukewarm water. (Happened to us) In large buildings like your Resort, the plumbing companies usually design the system to keep the hot water system circulated all the time using a pump and a return pipe, to keep the system warm at all times. Suggest you have this area reviewed.
