Perfect Place!
We really enjoyed the townhouse. The view of the river from the deck was nice. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. The place is roomy and airy. The pool was delightful. We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend and rent again. The hosts are amazing and responsive. Be aware that there are steps.

Check in with easy, and the townhome is beautiful. Everything was as promised, and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Craft itself has become so tourist friendly. We had a fantastic time!

We stayed here last year for the Jersey County Fair, and then again this year. This stay demonstrated a decline in the cleaning quality (hair in the shower, next to the vanity, ants on the dining room table, etc). The place is adorable and we love staying, here, but it could use an good deep clean. They were having pool issues (not the condo or owner's fault, but still disappointing, as this is the primary reason we rent this condo). The filter/skimmer wasn't working, so we skimmed bugs off the pool for about 45 minutes before swimming. At least it was open, as neighbors said it had been closed during the month of June. Fortunately it was open for us. Again, not huge issues, but issues that prevent a full 5-star review. The owner is very sweet and we would stay again.

Michelle was great to communicate with and very quick with responding . The condo is in a great location and close to restaurants and bars .condo very clean and well stocked for our needs .the condo is on a very steep hill so there was no walking to the pubs bc we wouldn’t make it up that hill .we will definitely return to Grafton and stay at this condo again .. highly recommend

It was fabulous! Only thing could have improved is the game room needs some straightening and new games. It is on a steep hill if u plan to walk- mod difficulty. Two flights of stairs in condo as well. Otherwise perfect stay!

We had a wonderful girls weekend in Grafton celebrating a friend who’s getting married in a couple months. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed for light cooking. The pool was amazing for relaxing in. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars, although there is a decent hill for climbing. Property was well-maintained, clean, quiet and very nice. This Condo Has It All
The condo was perfect for my husband, myself, and our granddaughter. It was clean, well-stocked, and convenient to Grafton’s restaurants and activities. Of note, if you want to walk to the nearby establishments, there is quite a steep hill to walk up on the return trip. Communication with the host was very good. I highly recommend this property.
