Small and picturesque in the historic area, 2 minutes from the beach

This is a small, renovated and charming apartment in the old historic part of Collioure called Faubourg, ideal for two persons.

The house is one of the oldest one, built from stone .
When you arrive this pedestrian street, you will find a green door ,surrounded by a bougainville and a key box on the left hand side.

There is a small patio, one more door and you enter the kitchen.

The bathroom is as you can see from the pictures including sink, shower and a toilet.

In the living room ,there is two cupboards ,one bed sofa ( klick klack) and an old Norwegian table, chairs , and a french balcony with shutters.

Sleeping room is small and cosy with the characteristic bed ,(see picture) and with an old charming window with shutters.

Its also possible to sit outside the front door , there is a small table and chair .

Great little place
At first it seemed so small. As we settled in, we started to realize the charm. It had all the necessary elements and furnishings for a comfortable stay. View was nice and was so quiet day and night with the windows open! The location on the gently sloping hill is ideal. The narrow walkways are lined with pastel colored housing occasionally draped in bougainvillea. Every turn is a new painting. a short walk to the beach. Nice Restaurants and plenty of shops are in the immediate area while the hustle and bustle of the village center is not that far away. Some of the earlier complaints still stand. The bed leaves little room in the small bedroom. But that was a minor inconvenience that is made up by all Collioure has to offer. Worth every penny.

Maison très agréable. A moins de 5mn dez la plage et des principaux centres d'intérêt de Collioure. Petit coin avec table bistrot devant la maison idéal pour petit déjeuner ou apéro au frais sous le bougainvillier. Interactions efficaces et agréables avec nos hôtes.

Superbe séjour dans appartement de Tone. C’est un endroit très agréable, très joli, bien placé et très calme. Tout a été refait et l’appartement est hyper cosy. À 2 minutes de la plage de sable. Le ventilateur au plafond est un vrai plus en été. Merci

Appartement mignon, au calme dans le quartier côté faubourg, donc parfait pour s'imprégner des couleurs, de la lumière et de l'atmosphère de Collioure avec tranquilité. A notre arrivée, un set de serviette / draps était manquant et Toné a été très réactive pour palier à cet oubli. Des coquetiers disponibles m'ont permis de faire goûter pour la première fois des oeufs à la coque à mes enfants. Café à la cafetiere italienne tous les matins. Éclairage à la bougie agréable. Tout à proximité : carrefour city, distributeur de billets, centre du village et surtout plage de sable de Port d'Avall à 3min à pied. Snorkeling avec les enfants sur la plage de St Vincent et également dans les criques de Port Vendres en empruntant le sentier du littoral. Collioure élue cette année plus beau village de France. Et je le confirme. Un grand merci Toné

Appartement très charmant
L’appartement est très bien situé dans une zone sans voiture (ce qui permet de s’asseoir prendre son petit déj ou l’apéro devant la maison) et à deux pas de la mer. Même si Collioure est très touristique, le quartier dans lequel se trouve l’appartement est étonnamment calme. L’appartement est fonctionnel et charmant avec une belle vue. Toné est une hôte parfaite, toujours prête à aider et qui répond rapidement aux messages.

Appartement dans son jus. La simplicité n'exclut pas le confort.
Pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée, installation électrique discutable, douche minuscule avec rideau à l'ancienne sans chauffage, signal du détecteur de fumée au dessus du visage la nuit, lit difficile d'accès, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Confort à améliorer. Heureusement Collioure est magnifique.

Au coeur d'une des plus ville de france
Excellent séjour dans cette charmante petite maison au coeur du vieux Collioure ! Petite maison de pêcheur au charme ancien avec toutes les commodités pour passer des vacances atypiques. Un seul petit bémol à cause des fortes chaleurs... heureusement que le ventilateur était là !

Une charmante alcôve sur le vieux Collioure
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location intime et pleine de charme. L'appartement n'est pas immense mais bien conçu, avec tout le nécessaire et une décoration raffinée constituée d'objets et meubles anciens. La literie est très confortable et l'ensemble très propre. Nous n'avons qu'une hâte, retourner profiter de Collioure en relouant ce logement !

Super séjour . Cette location est tout ce qu on recherché.
Heureux de découvrir la location en arrivant, toutes ces fleurs, le patio. Nous avons mangé dans la petite ruelle tout le temps du petit déjeuner au dîner. Ambiance très conviviale, tout le monde s arrête pour parler, discuter avec nous . On a même sympathisé avec des personnes qui vivent là-bas toute l année . On a eu le plaisir de s occuper des fleurs , de les arroser tous les jours. Je vous avouerais que nous étions triste de repartir. La ville de collioure est une ville magnifique, les gens très sympathiques et le café du templier vraiment génial trop sympathique, tout en pouvant admirer de grands tableaux. Nous reviendrons c est sur .bruno et rose Maria
