Hotel is right in the centre and next to a big parking lot, where you can pay with an app in the morning. But the pillows are round and fat so you can only sleep in one position. I had to create a self-made pillow out of towels. Also no sound insulation whatsoever.

Very small room but the price is right. We had two twin beds and a small bathroom. It was perfect as a place to sleep while exploring the area. Not a real hang out place.

The location was good, the facilities were very basic, but for one night sleep was ok. Very difficult to park near the hotel, but I have found a parking at about 200 meters, that is a bit complicated when you have luggage.

Our room for 4 people had 4 twin size beds and basically no other room to put bags, etc. WiFi didnā€™t work at all and the TV remote barely worked. We thought it would be ok considering the price but if you plan to spend any amount of time in your room, Iā€™d look elsewhere. The front desk staff was so kind!

Perfect location. Easy parking. Fast friendly check-in and straight in to Beautiful town. This is a very basic hotel but that is not a bad thing if youā€™re just staying a night. It was clean, the bed was lovely and the shower was good too and that was all l required.

I like everything about the hotel. Max. 20 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the city centre by walk. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is very good. I would stay there again.

We liked the location of Hotel Primo to the Gare and the Christmas markets. The staff was hospitable and warm. The beds and linens were clean. The breakfast was okay. The downside was the toilet, it was dirty and smelly and definitely needed a good scrubbing, streaks and marks were quite visible which was a total turnoff.

Bad experience. No cold water at all in shower and hot water was boiling hot. Couldnā€™t take a shower. Beds were flimsy and mattress literally fell down on the side to the floor when I approached the edge to get up. I fell twice. Unbelievable!!! Iā€™ve stayed in small hotel rooms and this one beat them all. BTW staff didnā€™t seem to be surprised or care when I told them about all this. šŸ˜°

Dirty and run down. The toilet did not flush and the seat was literally not even attached to the toilet. Avoid at all costs.
