Lovely hotel great staff food was excellent and in a lovely location. Only thing that let it down was the price of the beer was just that bit too much felt like they were taking it too far

Lovely views and peaceful location.
Beautiful place, with stunning views front and back. Room was fine, but the bathroom was a bit tired. Didn’t eat there but the food looked nice. Would be lovely to sit outside with a beer when the weather picks up a bit. Will stay again.

There was nothing to fault or stay at the Alma Inn. What was disappointing was Expedia's failure to make it clear that their "super rate" was room only. Don't fall for this one or it will cost you an extra £14 per person for breakfast. I was also informed that Expedia was going to take £1,01 from my card to check its validity whether they have or not remains to be seen, but an extra £1,01 per booking must amount to a lot of money per annum.
