Des chambres propres, ainsi qu’une salle de bain moderne et bien équipée. Réception agréable et efficace. Un lieu de petit-déjeuner bien tenu et un choix fournis. Un lieu agréable à deux pas d’un transport pour se rendre au centre de Cologne.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Lediglich die Hinfahrt dorthin (ziemlich verwinkelt durch ein Industriegebiet) ist etwas verwirrend. Das Hotel an sich inkl. Personal und auch das Frühstück, sowie die Zimmer und Sauberkeit ist für den Preis top! Fitnessstudio auch ausreichend & ein Blick in die Sauna hat auch erahnen lassen, dass man davon wohl nicht enttäuscht wird.

Eine gute Übernachtung mit kleinen Abzügen
Der Weißwein an der Hotelbar schmeckte ein bisschen nach Sherry und Eis für den Aperol war auch nicht da. Also besser Kölsch trinken, das wird so schnell nicht zu alt! Das Drumherum der Sauna hätte funktionaler und bequemer sein können, aber Zimmer und Frühstück waren ganz in Ordnung!

Hotelzimmer sauber und leise. Modern eingerichtet. WLAN / Internet vorhanden und genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze ebenso. Lage eher außerhalb in einem Industriepark, keine Restaurant / Supermärkte zu Fuss zu erreichen Frühstücksraum ist mit seiner begrenzten Anzahle an Sitzplätzen, für die Anzahl der Zimmer, zu klein. Frühstücksbüffet sehr Rudimentär und man sollte nicht Zuviel erwarten.

Großes Chaos an der Rezeption. Beim auschecken sollten wir unser Zimmer zum 2x bezahlen, nachdem wir alles über hotels.com bereits bezahlt hatten. Dazu wurde die Dame auch noch unfreundlich. Das Frühstück ist für 4 Sterne etwas einfach. Billigste Brödchen, kein Brot. Die Zimmerausstattung ist ist für 4 Sterne gerade so okay. Kein Schrank, kein Kühlschrank, alles nicht schlimm aber passt zum Gesamtbild.
