More like a personal resort, this tenderly loved and well-maintained home sits on nearly 5 acres of beautifully landscaped property. Large log style home, multi decks and landings-including 2 ponds, woods, grassed yard area, fenced area, gazebo, ample privacy , Volleyball court, walking trails AND High speed internet, the basement just add a pool table and ping pong. 10 minutes to Paw Paw Lake, 5 minutes to Lk Michigan, 11 miles to MillCreek wedding venues! short hop to St Joseph. It boasts of unique qualities in design and will not disappoint.

Close to Lake Michigan, Multiple wineries, State Parks just adds to the resort feel. Home features 3200' finished. 5 bedrooms, plus a den-office area, breath taking views out every window including an entire wall of windows! Luxurious master bath ( lg soaker tub and dual sinks), bedroom, and closet. Gourmet kitchen has double ovens, beverage chiller and upper scale appliances. Lower level has walk out.

Both ponds are non-swimmable, those are for fishing and canoeing, and we do have TWO kayaks for our guests to use.

All around nice facility with plenty of activities
It was a real nice stay. We had alot of fun.No complaints but a couple of improvement opportunities. We shoveled the entire driveway to improve parking, the top step coming up from the laundryroom is taller than others trip hazard, Bunk bed ladder needs secured.

Great property!
This was a wonderful property with a lot of unique features. The outdoor spaces are wonderful and offer a wide variety of activities. Inside, we had everything we needed, and the instructions were easy to follow. The checkout list was not burdensome and made the end of the trip a breeze.

Beautiful property
The place was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. It felt very excluded but was only a few minutes from anything you need. We were celebrating my parents 50th anniversary. Everyone had a great time! If you want actual beds for everyone I would say 11 maybe 12 people max. There was aan issue wiith it actually being wheelchair accessible as advertised. Once I communicated woth the owner they purchased a ramp quickly. We purchased a bedside comode so my mom would have access to part of the house. That fixed the problem. We were appeciative of the fix. Overall a great staysay 11 peole

Fantastic place for a family reunion
The house and property were great for our multigenerational family. The house had ample space for our group of 9. The grounds are really beautiful, with 2 ponds, some trails in the woods, and surrounded by trees. The location isn't the best- it's an oasis in the middle of a lot of farms and a shooting range, and 15 minutes away from Benton Harbor, the nearest town. Really ideal for us and we highly recommend it.

This house was perfect for our family of 15. Check in and communications was very easy. Convenient location to everything one would want to experience. Kids loved fishing in the pond. And adults loved the family time around the camp fire.

Our second year staying at this property it is a great fit for multi-generational family plenty of space to spread out . We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening with plenty of room for everyone around the fire. The host is easy to reach and responds quickly. Kitchen set up is ideal for feeding many people and it became a meeting place for everyone to eat and chat .

Family fun weekend
Property and home very inviting upon arrival. There were 7 adults and 2 babies (ages 1 month and 12 months). More than enough space for all of us. 2 bedrooms were not utilized. Lots of sitting areas inside and out. We enjoyed fires every night, played volleyball, kayaked, used the paddle boat, fished, and played some pool in the basement. We enjoyed the grill one night and the hot tub all 3 nights. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed with some items I wasn’t expecting and brought myself. The towels were very nice as were the showers. Those little things are a nice added touch. TP, paper towel, dish soap, and hand soap all provided. Only a few suggestions; 1 would be to have more storage containers with lids as we made all of our own meals with plenty of leftovers. Another would be to offer baby gates for the 3 sets of stairs as the 12 month old is very mobile and curious. Also have available if not already in place outlet covers for the plugs that are within a child’s reach. Overall she was able to explore in the very large open areas safely and she is never unattended but just an added safety feature. The patio umbrella was not working and that would have been nice to offer shade for the babies as well. Overall we had an amazing time. Lots of bonding and downtime. Large gathering areas that met all of our needs as well as enough space if anyone wanted alone time. Loves the house and would definitely come back!

Overall the house was just as expected based on the description in the listing. Would definitely rent again. Some pointers to make it even better: There are multiple thermostats in the house so we were a bit chilly before we found and adjusted all of them; volleyball court was a bit overgrown so we had to cut some tree branches that extended onto the sand; could've used some more towels

Beautiful Property-Fun
The location and description of the property were accurate. My family of eleven had a fun time with all that was available. The children enjoyed the paddle boat and fishing activities. Also, the beaches in St. Joseph were great. I know that I am a "neat freak," and the cabin was basically clean, but it could use a deep cleaning including the windows. Also, the bench at the fishing pond needs to be reinforced or replace. Overall, it was a good long weekend.

Fun family getaway
We had a great family vacation! Our family is very active and the paddle boat and kayaks, hot tub, volleyball court, ping pong table and great outdoor space were well used. We even had a family Olympics! We love to cook and with 15 of us and small children, eating out wasn’t an option. Our biggest wish was for more cooking/baking pans, bowls and large serving pieces. The owner was very responsive and had let us know that there weren’t a lot ahead of time. There were lots of dishes, wine glasses and silverware. Overall it was a wonderful getaway and the accommodations were comfortable and spacious.

Had great time house and grounds gave us plenty to do we had a couple of days of rain but still managed to play volleyball, pool, use the hot tub and paddleboat. The property was absolutely beautiful! Exactly as shown in the pictures. There was plenty of room for five couples to stay, with two common areas and lots of outdoor space to enjoy. The house was clean and fairly well equipped although we could have used more drinking glasses in the kitchen area. In addition, in the shared bath, there needs to be some hooks or towel bars for hanging wet towels. There was only one hook, which made it difficult for the four people who were sharing that bathroom. It would also be nice if there were some hooks in those bedrooms that shared the bath. The shared bath had a leak under the sink which we notified the rental agent about immediately, and the water pressure in that shower was very poor. The outdoor deck area was lovely, but it would have been nice to have additional seating on the upper deck. The fire pit area was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our evenings by the fire. It was too chilly to use the paddle boat and kayaks, but those are a nice addition to the property as well as the volleyball court. We would definitely rent this place again, but it would be nice to have those few little changes to make it even better.

Spacious house. Beautiful home with some unique outside features. Eleven of us had plenty of space to visit, laugh and unwind. Property is located in residential area with roads surrounding property. It does have a sense of privacy, but is located near neighbors/roads. Fountains in the ponds add some ambiance. Comfortable beds, but bring wash clothes and dish towels. Kitchen is somewhat stocked.Overall, spacious and unique property.

Wedding Party
We got married in Benton Harbor over Memorial Day weekend and our bridal party and us all stayed on this beautiful property. They were so responsive, had a little of everything for people to do, and even had a booster and high chair available for my 2 year old niece. The property was amazing and quiet and absolutely perfect! It can get a little chilly at night inside the house due to being log cabin style, so bring extra blankets!
